Testing should occur between the hours of 6:00 am – 10:00 am to ensure our field staff can respond quickly and make any needed adjustments per Department of Health standards.

If the chlorine residual is out-of-range, please notify us immediately at (866) 357-8783.

During normal business hours, please report to our Customer Service Department by calling our toll-free number at (866) 357-8783. Outside of normal business hours, you can call the same number to reach our after-hours call center and on-call staff.
