How to submit a Public Records Request
All requests for public records must be submitted to the Thurston PUD Public Records Officer Julie Parker.
Please fill out the Request for Public Records Form
Each request should include:
The name of the person requesting the record and their contact information,
The calendar date on which the request is made, and
The record(s) requested.
Public records requests can be submitted through the following ways:

The Public Records Officer will respond to each request within five business days of receiving the request. (RCW 42.56.520)
The PUD has a process to respond to requests for public records and can be found in Thurston PUD Policy 200-010 Public Record Disclosure. Exemptions codes can be found here.
