You can send us a letter too! Please address any written correspondence to Thurston PUD, 1230 Ruddell Road SE, Lacey, WA 98503, or fax to (360) 357-1172. We will make sure to respond to you with a letter as well.
Address the PUD Board of Commissioners
The Thurston PUD Board of Commissioners hold regular Commission meetings on the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Tuesday of each month. Members of the public are welcome to attend and provide comment virtually or in-person at PUD Headquarters (1230 Ruddell Road SE, Lacey, WA 98503). How to Attend a Zoom Meeting
Important note: Please install any Zoom updates prior to joining the meeting, to ensure that your system is up-to-date with the latest security patches. Please also make sure that you're using a current, up-to-date internet browser such as Chrome 30+, Firefox 27+, Microsoft Edge 12+, Safari 7+. Certain functionality may be disabled in older browsers, including Internet Explorer.
How to Join a Meeting Online:
Visit the Zoom website at https://zoom.us.
Click on the "Join a Meeting" at the top of the webpage.
Enter an email address and your name. If you do not wish to enter your name, you may enter another identifier which will be used to notify you when it is your turn to speak. PLEASE NOTE: if you plan to provide public testimony, you will be required to state your full name, address, and county for the record.
When the Moderator calls for public testimony, click on "Raise Hand" if you wish to participate.
Mute all other audio before speaking. Using multiple devices can cause audio feedback.
If you are called to speak, please limit your remarks to three (3) minutes. A countdown time will be displayed for your convenience. After speaking, you will be muted.
Note: Members of the public will not be shown on video.
How to Join a Meeting by Phone Audio:
Dial the phone number listed above.
Enter the Meeting ID for the meeting you're attending, both are listed above.
Press the # key to bypass the Participant ID number.
When the Moderator calls for public testimony, press *9 to "Raise Hand" if you wish to participate.
The Moderator will use the last four digits of your phone number to identify you for testimony. PLEASE NOTE: if you plan to provide public testimony, you will be required to state your full name, address, and county for the record.
If you are called to ask a question, please limit your remarks to three (3) minutes. We will alert you when there is 30 seconds left on the clock and again when the allotted time is up.
